KITCHEN REMODEL

Waterford, MI

This remodel completely redefined the main level of a tri-level home, transforming a once segmented layout into a bright and inviting open-concept kitchen and dining area. The goal was to create a space that felt modern, functional, and connected — bringing new life to the home’s core living spaces.

By removing dividing walls and reconfiguring the floor plan, the design establishes a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a greater sense of openness and natural light. A large central kitchen island anchors the space, offering both functionality and a social hub for family gatherings and everyday living.

The remodel introduced all-new cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and lighting, chosen to complement a clean, contemporary aesthetic while maintaining warmth and comfort. Every detail — from the color palette to material transitions — was carefully considered to create visual harmony and enhance usability.

This project highlights how thoughtful design and strategic spatial planning can completely transform the atmosphere of a home, turning a dated, closed-off layout into a bright, modern, and highly livable environment.
