PARFE BUILDING SCHEMATIC

Unknown, MI

This project involved the schematic design of a 900-square-foot stand-alone building for Parfe, a new ice cream shop concept. The design blends a clean, modern aesthetic with a playful, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s fun and refreshing identity.

The exterior features a bold aluminum canopy accented with integrated LED lighting, creating a striking entryway that stands out both day and night. Inside, the layout is open and efficient, with a compact service area and a comfortable seating section that makes the space feel larger than its footprint.

The concept emphasizes simplicity, light, and flow — balancing form and function to deliver an inviting customer experience. The design intent was to create a distinctive neighborhood landmark that draws attention through its geometry, lighting, and vibrant material palette.
